Where can i send my files?
Please send your files 48 hours in advanced to sales@gyom.com. They must be print ready and at least 300 dpi. You can review our extensive print guide here.
Will my screens be ready before my rental time?
All screen services will start at the time of your appointment. Please keep in mind that your rental time includes the output and burning of your screens and any sort of graphic help prior to you screen printing, so please allow yourself enough time for your scheduled appointment.
Can i bring a friend?
If you need to bring an assistant, we charge an additional $15 per hour if they plan on helping you print. Due to COVID-19, we aren’t allowing extra people into our studio at this time.
